We're attempting something unprecedented, so here's our fair approach:

Phase 1: First 100,000 Contributors

• If we don't reach 100,000 people, full refunds available (minus payment processing fees of $0.30)
• This proves initial interest before we proceed

Phase 2: 100,000 - 499,999 Contributors

• We proceed with project planning and democratic voting
• Winning project scaled to match funding ($1M - $5M range)
• 30-day refund window after hitting 100,000, then funds are committed
• You voted, we're building it

Phase 3: 500,000+ Contributors

• Full project execution at appropriate scale
• No refunds (we're past the point of no return)
• Every additional contributor makes the project more ambitious

Target: 1,000,000 Contributors

• Original vision: full $10M project
• Maximum impact, maximum legacy

Bottom line: We'll build something meaningful at whatever scale we reach, and you have an early window to opt out if momentum doesn't materialize.
